Ann and I finally went swimming! ^^ The Indera Mahkota pool was finally re-opened after their long renovation.
But I could hardly find any difference. If I hadn’t known about the renovation, I never would have guessed that it even closed for renovation. But whatever, we were happy to finally get swimming again to complain.
As we were halfway swimming, it started to drizzle. But nobody so much as budged an inch from the pool or made their way to shelter. We were all wet already anyway, what would a drizzle do to us? ;D
But even as it rained slightly heavier, no one budged. In fact, everyone continued playing and swimming about in the pool as if it wasn’t even raining.
And there was this guy, who according to Nesa might be trying to ‘impress’ us or something; this malay dude swam a little, then sat on the pool platform and did stretches. And everytime he did, he would look out way to see if we were watching. And he did that though out the entire time he was there.
Urgh. Perasan much?
Also, Ann and I found out, much to our dismay, that our stamina hadn’t been like before. But then again, what were we expecting? Back then we made it a habit to go to the pool every Tuesday, and we haven’t done so since.. Since Ann went to KL to study. When we swam today, we felt as if our chest constricted a little more, making it harder than before to swim from one end to the other.
But oh well, we’re going to Gambang Waterpark this Friday! ^^ Can’t wait!
